2. Personal information that we collect from third parties

In addition to the information collected directly from you, we can also obtain information about you from third parties, such as our booking management partners (such as, for example,; Travelhotel; Tripadvisor).

3. Purpose of the processing

The purposes for which you are requested to provide us with the data above are the following:
a) Booking and stay management;
b) Promotion and advertising of offers promoted by the House on the Port.

The processing of personal data may consist, in addition to the collection, also in their registration, storage, modification, communication, cancellation, and will be carried out, with the aid of electronic means.

5. Mandatory provision

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 3, lett. a) is mandatory. It follows that failure to provide data will make it impossible to proceed with the booking. The provision for the purpose referred to in point 3, lett. b) is optional.

6. Scope of data communication

The personal data provided may be disclosed:
– State Police and Public Administration for legal obligations
– Legal, administrative and tax consultancy studies
– Banking institutions for the management of payments.
